ASOS project delivers an outreach service for asylum seekers-residents in direct provision centres, in Cork City and region, since 2002.

We believe that Information provision is vital for vulnerable asylum seekers or refugees and enables them to make the best decisions in matters that affect their lives.

The support given by the community outreach worker consists of
face-to-face confidential meeting
advocacy
training delivery,
referral to public services, in Cork.
delivery of information sessions
address issues in access to health care and other public services in Ireland.
organise activities that will enhance the health and well-being of all
